Cancellation Policy

Book direct with confidence — clear, fair terms and a real person to talk to.

When you book direct, you get more flexible and transparent cancellation terms, free from the rigid rules of online travel agencies. Here’s how it works.

Standard Policy

Full Refund: Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund—no questions asked.

50% Refund: Cancel between 29–14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of your total booking amount.

No Refund: Cancellations made 13 days or less before check-in are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for added protection.

Peak Season & Holidays

For peak dates such as spring training, major events, and holidays, bookings are non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of check-in. Please get in touch with us to check whether your stay falls within a peak period.

Date Changes

Plans change—we understand. When possible, we’re happy to help you reschedule your stay to new dates instead of cancelling, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.

Travel Insurance

For trips with non-refundable components or changing plans, travel insurance is recommended for peace of mind.

How to Cancel or Change

For cancellations or changes, email us directly, and we’ll handle everything personally—no automated runaround. If a refund applies, it will be issued to your original payment method.
